Returns with an Original Sales Receipt

Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed, unworn and in sellable condition. Merchandise may be exchanged or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid when returned within 60 days of purchase. Symrik Cashmere reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and verify the original sale before processing a return.

Once we verify the purchase you can take this to the closet USPS store and please use a priority mail in order to track the package to make a return.
